OwnIndex/VO2max - How do I get that?

I was wondering how I can measure my OwnIndex or VO2max? I have got a cs200cad... How shall I do it?

Ownindex is a feature found on some Polar products. In the cycling line, the CS300,CS400 and CS600x all have this feature.

V02max tests can be done with exercise and fitness specialists. Here is a look at the Wikepedia for v02. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VO2_max
