Average pace per lap
I am a new user of RCX5 (GPS). Hello everybody!

I'm wondering if there is a possibility to observe constantly average pace per current lap.

I know that it is shown when lap is taken, but I cannot figure out from the manual what standard "average pace" - which can be set on the display - means. Is it per training or per lap?

If it is "per training" I would come back to my question:
Is there a possibility to observe constantly average pace per current lap?

Could someone help me here?

Gert:

Using WebSync, custom define the data field you wish to view on one of the display screens for the Sport Profile you use. Then see if that shows a real-time average pace for your training session, or if it segments due to each Manually Triggered Lap with the Red Button, or even for the AutoLap feature if you have that enabled.

I've not tried it, but my hunch is that the Avg Pace display field it will show the Average for the entire training session.

Do post back your findings to share in the learning.

I did use this 'Avg Pace'. It shows the average pace for the entire session (as you wrote)

Exactly. And I think it would be very useful especially in longer runs to know what pace we have on the current lab in average. Just a suggestion.

has anyone managed to solve the issue how to know the average speed per current lap - during the session, not afterwards?
