can someone tell me if the FT1 model features a calorie counter please??

I was just wondering the same thing. I bought a cheaper version that didn't work accurately so I returned it and bought the polar and that was the main reason for buying it, to know how many calories I burn during a workout. I tried the FT1 and it doesn't seem to measure calories burned. I am going to see if there is something you can add to it.

yes it does!! When you review your stats after the work out the cals used is there.

i don't see anywhere a calorie counter, pretty sure i bought the wrong type i was looking for one mainly for calorie counter over anything else. is there a way to figure out my calories with this one or should i just return it and get a different one?

Browse the various product features of the FT series line, and if you just purchased it, swap it out for a more feature enriched model.
